A new name and a new location, you will find Body, Mind, & Spirit at 186 Main Street, Suite 1, in downtown Farmington, Maine. Schedule an appointment to do something special for you on your lunch hour or right after work, maybe even take an afternoon tea break for a warm and nurturing foot treatment. Body wraps, facials, body waxing, and other specialty treatments are on the menu. It is my practice to use a holistic approach in assisting my clients in bringing out their own natural beauty and wellness and maintaining that over the long term.
